Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.” ― Rumi

The Purpose of Individual Counseling

Individual counseling (also called “talk therapy,” “psychotherapy,” or “therapy”) is a way to rewrite your story.

You’ll talk one-on-one with a trained, licensed mental health expert in a safe, secure, loving environment.

Clients use a counselor to address issues that impact the entire family, such as grief, anger, depression, anxiety, and conflict, plus many more.

Learn why you think, feel, and do the things you do and what started the pattern of behavior in the first.

Receive support on issues like depression, anxiety, parenting, substance abuse, relationship struggles, career changes, school difficulties, and similar issues.
